• Architected a 9-stage deterministic pipeline that ingests engineering-drawing PDFs (scanned, vector-text, and inconsistent vendor/internal formats) and segments page layout into a spatial knowledge graph for rule-based tag extraction.
• Built the bounding-box review frontend and labeled-data feedback loop that strengthens extraction rules and lays groundwork for ML-based accuracy gains.
